You know the saying that time waits for no person? As you get older, it becomes more evident that it's true. One day you can wake up, grab a shower, and hit the basketball court all day without any problems. The next, you're sore in places you never thought were possible. Many men in their 20s feel like they're bulletproof, but like everyone, it's only a matter of time before age plays a factor in their daily life.
While backaches and sore joints can be treated with ice and ibuprofen, there's another symptom of aging that isn't as easy to address: erectile dysfunction. For most men, hearing those two words back-to-back sends shivers down the spine. Lacking the ability to perform in the bedroom is a horrible thought. Still, it's not uncommon - over 18 million men suffer from ED in the U.S. Unfortunately, many men who have erectile dysfunction keep their issues private, making life miserable for themselves and their partners. Luckily, those days are over, and more men are discovering new ways to reclaim their youth and performance in the bedroom.
Sure, it's true that time waits for no man, but treatments like Gainswave therapy in Boynton Beach, FL, turn back the clock with amazing effectiveness. If you're ready to reignite that special spark when the time is right, Calla Genics is the clinic you need to visit for long-term results.

Some of the most common conditions we treat at Calla Genics include:
Can we be honest? Talking about male sexual health can feel a tad taboo, even in today's day and age. That's doubly true when a man's sexual performance comes into question. If you are a male and you feel the same way, don't worry - we get what you're going through. Fortunately, you don't need to feel embarrassed or timid about your perceived deficiencies for long. What you're experiencing is perfectly normal, and our team of ED specialists is here to help.
If you're reading this, chances are you're thinking about or have already been to your primary care doctor. While that's never a bad idea, many docs are prescribing men medications that just aren't effective. Sure, the "little blue pill" may work for a while, but for how long? Is there a tolerance involved? What about the side effects?
If you're a man who doesn't want to put foreign chemicals in your body or suffer through uncomfortable side effects, we've got great news. There's a revolutionary solution to conditions like ED and Peyronie's disease. It's called Gainswave treatment, and it's changing the way men think about sexual health.
Unlike commonly prescribed ED treatment options, there is no risk of surgery or drugs associated with Gainswave. Instead of chemicals or invasive procedures, Gainswave uses acoustic wave technology to boost sexual performance and erectile strength, giving men more confidence when they need it most.
Gainswave, which has been used across the globe for more than a decade, is backed by science and proven to rejuvenate vasculature in male erectile tissue. This exciting procedure actually boosts blood flow to the penis without any pain or recovery time. In fact, many men can pop into a Gainswave treatment center on their lunch break and return to work without taking any time off.
But the benefits of Gainswave don't stop there. Because this treatment breaks up micro-plaques and increases nitric oxide production, it enables new blood vessel and collagen formation. That's incredible news for men suffering from Peyronie's disease, which we'll cover soon.
The effects and advantages of using Gainswave often include: Treatment for ED and Peyronie's Disease
Is Gainswave too good to be true? It might seem like it is, but in reality, these treatments are backed by research and shown to be effective.
Gainswave therapy works by addressing the most common reason for ED, which is blood flow. Constant blood flow is crucial for maintaining strong erections. However, as men age, blood vessels in the penis begin to break down and fill with micro plaques. Gainswave's low-intensity pulse waves help re-open closed blood vessels and disrupt plaque, giving men across the country hope for healthy sexual intercourse. To add to the list of Gainswave's benefits, most men don't have to worry about expensive insurance claims since the procedure is surgery and drug-free.
At Calla Genics, our patients love Gainswave because it's effective, quick, and gets straight to the underlying cause of ED. Plus, with its ability to be combined with treatments like the P-Shot, it can solve more than just ED issues.
Calla Genics' Gainswave treatments feature:
How Much Money is Gainswave Therapy in Boynton Beach, FL?
The Cost of Gainswave therapy varies from patient to patient. Typically, pricing depends on how many treatments a patient needs to get long-lasting relief from their ED symptoms. Generally speaking, patients can expect anywhere from six to twelve Gainswave treatments for optimal results. Remember - Gainswave therapy has been shown to last for months, making it a long-term alternative to much more expensive ED prescriptions.
Is There Any Research Supporting Gainswave Therapy?
Numerous research studies are showing the long-term effectiveness of shockwave therapies like Gainswave. Regarding Gainswave, protocols for the therapy have been developed in over 40 research studies that support how effective Gainswave can be for male sexual health.
Request InformationAs men grow older, they face a host of issues that can affect their sex life and overall confidence. Often, men of a certain age suffer from softer erections and aren't able to last as long in bed. In the past, men going through these issues relied on substances and procedures that worked some of the time but never provided long-lasting results. Thankfully, those days are over.
Like Gainswave therapy, Calla Genics' P-Shot is a painless, non-invasive, long-term solution to common sexual performance problems that millions of men face. Also called the Priapus Shot, this therapy consists of platelet-rich plasma, also called PRP, in the medical world. The P-Shot uses your body's proteins and natural growth factors from your own blood to stimulate cell regeneration, new blood vessel production, and new collagen production.
The P-Shot treats a wide range of sexual and urinary issues in men and has been shown by doctors to:
Calla Genics' P-Shot procedure starts by extracting the patient's blood and concentrating the blood's healing factors (like stem cells and other growth factors). From there, the patient's white and red blood cells are separated in a centrifuge, which spins the blood at high speeds until it separates. From there, the patient's concentrated healing factors are injected into their penile region.
Calla Genics' P-Shot treatment is hassle-free and pain-free and can usually be completed in less than an hour right here at our P-shot clinic in Boynton Beach.
For men with serious cases of erectile dysfunction, Calla Genics offers our P-Shot with the added bonus of Botox for increased effectiveness. We know what you're thinking: "Isn't Botox meant for women? I don't care about the wrinkles on my face; I just want help with my ED."
While it's true that Botox is most commonly associated with female anti-wrinkle treatment, researchers believe it can help with male ED as well. Botox—which is technically a bacterial toxin with the name botulinum—smooths out wrinkles by blocking nerve impulses that cause muscle contractions.
That same mechanism may help men achieve erections. Botox can interrupt the release of norepinephrine, which restricts blood flow. But it doesn't affect the release of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a crucial element in achieving an erection since it relaxes smooth muscle and causes blood to engorge the penis.
Because of the nature of Botox, research shows that it may give men enhanced erections for months. Older men with particularly severe ED may see the most significant improvements. As an added bonus, Botox may work for males who have physiological erectile dysfunction (caused by blood flow issues) and psychogenic ED (triggered by physiological factors).
Want to learn more about adding Botox to P-Shot treatment? The Calla Genics customer service team is ready to help answer all of your questions.
While the P-Shot can work wonders for men experiencing performance and erectile issues, the P-Shot has other uses. One of the most important and revolutionary issues the P-Shot treats is called Peyronie's disease.
Found in nearly 10% of all men in the U.S., Peyronie's disease is a common problem that can affect a man's sexual activity and sex life. Essentially, Peyronie's disease is the medical label used to describe an abnormal curve or bend in a patient's penis. Though it's very common for a man to have a slight bend in their penis, men suffering from Peyronie's disease experience significant pain, especially when trying to achieve an erection. Because of the nature of the disease, Peyronie's is linked to male erectile dysfunction.
Peyronie's disease is often caused by a previous injury or damage to a man's penis via sexual intercourse or physical activity. Some of the most common symptoms of Peyronie's disease include:
Living with Peyronie's disease makes life quite difficult. Unfortunately, we're discovering that this malady is more prevalent than we once thought. That's probably because more and more men are coming forward to talk about their ED. We understand if you're suffering from Peyronie's disease but are reluctant to speak to a professional due to embarrassment. However, if you're sick and tired of living with Peyronie's and want to reclaim your sex life, Calla Genics' P-Shot may be the long-term solution you need.
The alternative to the P-Shot involves "traditional" treatments like penile stretching devices and penile implants, which sometimes involve vacuum technology and invasive procedures. If you're cringing a little just reading those words, Calla Genics' P-Shot is the way to go for Peyronie's disease treatment.
Results vary for every patient, but in general, many men discover relief soon after their first P-Shot treatment. If you're a man struggling to achieve and keep an erection, Calla Genics' P-Shot should help you almost immediately. Other enhancements, like more penis girth and size, can take longer.
Because our P-Shot treatment in Boynton Beach uses a patient's own blood, there is no risk for harmful side effects or allergic reactions. It's a pain-free treatment that we perform right here at our male sexual health center, and is usually over in 30 minutes or less.
Pricing varies depending on our patient's needs. Compared to other erectile dysfunction treatments, P-Shot therapy is relatively inexpensive. Since there are no oral medications or pills to take, patients don't have to worry about refilling prescriptions. The P-Shot is also much less expensive than surgical options, which require multiple doctor's appointments, follow-ups, and more.
Studies published via the International Society for Sexual Medicine found that Gainswave treatments display significant, positive results that can last as long as 12 months. And while low-intensity shockwave therapy is proven to provide significant improvement in erectile function, Gainswave doesn't have to be used all on its own.
For the most effective male enhancement treatment, many men are combining Calla Genics' Gainswave therapy with our P-Shot treatments. These two revolutionary ED treatments feed off one another to provide a doubly-beneficial effect. In medicine, we call it a synergistic effect.
The platelet-rich plasma from the P-Shot can help open up a patient's blood vessels in their penis. This can actually enhance the effectiveness of Gainswave therapy. Conversely, Gainswave treatments can help stimulate healing factors used in the P-Shot, essentially sending PRP deeper into a patient's damaged penis tissue.
It is recommended to receive this treatment by a specially trained physician much like Calla Genics' very own Dr. Tiffany. A single Bocox™ treatment can combat erectile dysfunction, ridding your need of having to take Viagra or any surgical procedures.
Request InformationHere at Calla Genics, we have now been doing the P-Shot® procedure for years with much success and with a significant body of medical research that supports the procedure. In the studies below, you will notice that we have added units of BOTOX, which the recommended dose showed effectiveness up to 6 months with maximal effect at 6 weeks.
The mechanism of action of BOTOX in the penis seems to be partly due to the relaxation of the smooth muscle of the arterioles, resulting in increased blood flow (and even in a small increase in length in one study). This increase in erection firmness by increasing arterial flow is exactly how Viagra and Tri-mix injections work. In two separate studies, the injection of BOTOX was helpful to some men (not all) for whom Viagra and Cialis had quit working.
BOTOX, at much higher doses, has been used for 2 decades for various problems with an extremely safe history. The P-Shot 100™ procedure is a specific method of injecting blood-derived growth factors, including platelet-rich plasma (or platelet-rich fibrin matrix) and botulinum neurotoxin, to improve the health of the penis and enhance the size or function of the penis. The procedure includes patient selection, method of preparation of materials, method of injection, aftercare, and more.
Suppose someone wants Botox alone injected into the penis. In that case, we have the Bocox™ (BoPriapus) procedure: a specific method of injecting the corpus cavernosi of the penis with botulinum neurotoxin (BoNT)–BOTOX– to improve penile tissue health and to enhance erectile function or penis size.
Our Guarantee: You will see results. If you are not pleased with the results of your procedure for any reason, you can get a full refund for the procedure for up to 3 months.

There's a bitey visitor in Gold Coast waters.
A 10-foot 5-inch great white shark named Rose has moved south after being tracked off the Treasure Coast Saturday and Sunday.
The 600-pound shark was outfitted with a satellite tag by the research group OCEARCH in 2020. The tag, attached to Rose's dorsal fin, sends a ping with location information to trackers when it breaks the water.
On Monday at 4:42 a.m., Rose pinged off Boynton Beach. She previously pinged off Stuart at 11:28 p.m. Saturday and off Juno Beach at the southern end of the Treasure Coast at 6:01 a.m. Sunday.
In the 1,234 days since she was tagged by scientists, Rose has traveled 14,826 miles. According to her tracker shows Rose has spent her winters around Florida since 2021, including the Gulf of Mexico in 2022 and 2023.
It's not unusual for great white sharks to be in Florida waters during the winter months. They migrate south in search of warmer water and food sources.
An 8-foot 8-inch white shark nicknamed Jekyll pinged off Jupiter Island on Feb. 7.
Here's what to know about Rose, other sharks around the Gold Coast, OCEARCH and white sharks in Florida:
White shark Rose was tagged by OCEARCH scientists off Lunenburg, Nova Scotia on Oct. 4, 2020.
She measured 10 feet 5 inches, weighed 600 pounds and was classified as a juvenile shark.
Great white sharks can grow up to 20 feet long, but most are smaller with males averaging 11 to 13 feet.
According to OCEARCH, she was named after Rose Bay near where she was tagged.
Jekyll, an 8-foot 8-inch white shark, pinged off Jacksonville Feb. 4 and Jupiter Island Feb. 7
The juvenile male white shark surprised scientists when they discovered he had been traveling for 4,000 miles alongside a 9-foot white shark named Simon. White sharks were previously thought to prefer only solitude.
But it appears Jekyll and Simon have parted company. Simon's tracker pinged in the Gulf of Mexico off Marco Island on Feb. 4, while Jekyll's pinged off Jacksonville on the same day.
Yes. White sharks migrate south when the water gets cold and food sources become scarce up north, according to OCEARCH chief scientist Dr. Bob Hueter.
Think of them as the snowbirds of sharks.
Most of them tend to stay away from the beaches in continental shelf waters, Hueter said.
OCEARCH is a nonprofit research organization studying the ocean's giants.
The group studies great white sharks and other keystone species essential for the health of the oceans.
OCEARCH recently finished up its 46th expedition, dubbed Expedition Southeast. It departed from Jacksonville on Nov. 17 and made its final docking in Morehead City, North Carolina on Dec. 15.
During the expeditions, researchers collected previously unattainable data on the animals' migrations, reproductive cycle, genetic status, diet, abundance, and more.
"If we lose the apex predator (sharks) then we lose all our fish and then there are no fish sandwiches for our grandchildren," OCEARCH founder Chris Fischer told the Courier Journal. "That's oversimplified, of course, but the idea is important because many shark species are threatened by overfishing and a demand for shark fins in Asia. Their dwindling numbers jeopardize ocean habitats."
There were 69 documented unprovoked shark attacks around the globe in 2023. The U.S. led the world with 36 attacks and Florida again was the state with the most bites at 16.
Florida shark attacks by county:
While the U.S. has the most attacks, South Africa has the most shark-related fatalities.
Since 1992, there have been 1,232 shark bites worldwide, according to data from floridapanhandle.com, with white sharks credited as the top biters.

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — A lot of emotion filled the Boynton Beach City Council meeting on Tuesday night as dozens of angry parents showed up, expressing concerns about the future of a Little League program that's been around for decades.
East Boynton Beach Little League has been a part of the community for more than 70 years and made it to the Little League World Series in 2003.
The league uses a park off of Woolbright Road to host practice.
The team filed a lawsuit against the city, claiming the facility's largest field was shut down just days before the start of the season.
The Boynton Beach City Council said it's partnering with a developer to make renovations and upgrades, and the project has been in the works for months. The city said it's been in contact with East Boynton Beach Little League about providing different fields for the team to play on while the construction project plays out.
However, team leaders disputed that Tuesday night, saying other fields are not a viable alternative.
"We weren't even notified," one of the league's board members said. "We would have told our parents and our community, 'Hey, this is what's going on.' But we didn't know."
"I wasn't sure if I was going to come tonight," another parent added. "He wanted to come. These are his senior teammates up here looking at you and asking, 'Why are you doing this to them?' They want to know why. Why is it so important for this turf field to be built right now?"
"It's embarrassing that you have children out here telling you what you're doing is wrong," another parent echoed. "So, please, do the right thing and get rid of these contracts and support the parents and the kids."
The first phase of the construction project that started all of this controversy is expected to wrap up by late August. That means it will continue through the remainder of the Little League season.
East Boynton Beach Little League has previously told WPTV it wants more communication with the city. Team leaders said they were under the impression the facility would be upgraded during the offseason.
They are hoping some sort of compromise can be worked out that will allow the team to continue playing this season.

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — To commemorate a recent decision by Boynton Beach, dozens of people Saturday gathered to burn three segregationist ordinances removed from the city's books.
The people marched about a mile from City Hall and reached Sara Sims Park to burn three repealed ordinances, a symbolic end that was part of the city's history.
"The removal, the death, the end of over 100 years of segregationist city laws that've been in our books," Mayor Ty Penserga said.
On the 100th year since being put in place, commissioners repealed ordinances 37, 47 and 136 at Tuesday's City Commission meeting.
Lynn Leverett, like many others at Saturday's march, was just a young girl when those ordinances were in full effect.
"It's a historical moment," she told WPTV.
She said she remembers dealing with having to walk across the highway just to get to school because Blacks were not allowed on Ocean Avenue.
She remembers it wasn't just schooling that was impacted by the ordinances.
"Even as a young girl, I remember, we weren't even allowed to go to the beach — Boynton Beach — at all," she said. "We had to go to a section called Briny Breezes, where all the African-Americans had to attend the beach and actually have fun and play. Parks and recreation were the same way. They were segregated."
However, she said it was confusing because she realized she was growing up in a city where classrooms were integrated, but the rest of the city was not.
"I was angry because I didn't understand because our classes were integrated, and I didn't understand that I couldn't go into a particular area to go play with my friends at all," she said.
Victor Norfus said he had a similar experience growing up in Boynton Beach.
"I used to go to Boynton Beach Elementary," he said. "We could not walk down Ocean Avenue without getting jumped."
He said moments like these allow city officials and those who put them there to reflect.
"The past is the struggles that we've have to overcome. OK, so we have to respect it, even though they were bad," Norfus said. "The future is bright."

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — People who live in a community west of Boynton Beach contacted WPTV after months of not receiving their mail due to a United States Postal Service key issue.
"When we bought in here, we knew there would be a delay in mail postage because there wasn't enough homes," Valencia Grand resident Missy Maio told WPTV. "But we were told [when there were] around 60 or 70 homes ... the mail would start being delivered."
Valencia Grand is a new development that currently has 200 households and will eventually consist of 600 homes.
Maio's neighbor, Lori Weintraub, contacted WPTV because six months after moving in, their mail service is still on hold due to an issue with the postal service keys that open their cluster mailboxes.
"They told me that they received new locks for the mailboxes, but the keys that they have don't fit the locks," Weintraub said. "That's the only information that I've gotten."
Weintraub gave WPTV a copy of that email that was sent Dec. 1. It was sent after she filed a complaint with the Boynton Beach postmaster.
"I wanted to get this situation resolved, not only for my husband and me, but for all of our neighbors who have been living with this for months on end," Weintraub said.
In the meantime, all of Valencia Grand's residents are having to go pick up their mail and some of their packages at the post office at Jog Road and Boynton Beach Boulevard.
"Sometimes we're there for up to a half hour or longer only to get to the counter, and if there's no mail, we've already waited," Weintraub said.
"I was told in two weeks that the mailboxes will be activated, then I was told another two weeks," Esther Bloom, another Valencia Grand homeowner, told WPTV. "From Christmas to New Year's, it was virtually impossible to get mail. They would tell us they don't have the mail. It got lost in transfer. There are any number of stories given."
WPTV contacted the USPS communications team on Tuesday to see if they could provide an update on the situation. In a statement, a spokesperson said "postal management has acquired new keys for installation to the cluster boxes by the end of this week."
"We traveled to Los Angeles this season and went without gifts to our grandson," Maio said. "We shipped them after, but they were all ordered in time, and it's just the sorting process because there's not that many people that work at the Boynton Beach location."

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — A ruptured water main caused traffic headaches for drivers in Boynton Beach for much of Wednesday.
City officials said the 16-inch water main at Boynton Beach Boulevard and Lawrence Road broke at approximately 2 a.m.
A tractor-trailer then drove into a sinkhole near the water main, but the driver was not hurt.
"It's a semi truck. Very heavy. And the road, with that water main break underneath, just couldn't handle it and gave way," Holly Picciano, the public information officer for the city of Boynton Beach, said.
Aerial video from WPTV Chopper 5 just before 6:30 a.m. showed the tractor-trailer on its side and water gushing from a large hole in the road.
Workers are now in the process of fixing the broken water main.

Westbound lanes of Boynton Beach Boulevard reopened just after 4:30 p.m. but eastbound lanes remained closed. Lawrence Road north of Boynton Beach Boulevard is also open. Work is expected to be completed by the weekend, according to city officials.
"The workers are working incredibly fast," Boynton Beach spokeswoman Dani Moschella said. "They've already got the water out of that hole, which is about 45 feet in length and about 10 feet deep. It's a significant hole. They've removed all the water. They got the old pipe out and the new pipe in. They're going to start to refill it."
Crews removed all of the water from the area by 11 a.m. and are now working to repair the water main and repair the road. Nearby businesses are under a boil water notice, but no residents are impacted.
Drivers are advised to take Gateway Boulevard or Woolbright Road as an alternate route.
Businesses hurt by water main break
Juliana Lutwin, a receptionist at nearby Palm Beach Periodontics, said the water main break impacted their business.
"We had to cancel the whole day because of the road closure," Lutwin said. "Nobody was able to get in and out of the road. We didn't know if we would have water, and that's important."
Palm Beach Periodontics specializes in dental implants and procedures.
Lutwin said without no water they can't do their job — a problem for both doctors and their patients.
"A lot of people were very unhappy and didn't really understand how it was out of our control," Lutwin said. "We've rescheduled most of our patients for Monday, which the doctor doesn't usually work."
